The location was absolutely perfect and wonderful for walking around Arles Amphitheatre. Classic queen room even in the cool weather with windows opened, had essentials required. The pool was nice and the staff was amicable and exceptionally pleasant.

My recent stay at Mgallery Hotel in Arles was fantastic. The location is excellent, with everything in the old city within easy walking distance. The unique atmosphere created by the central cloister added to the charm of the hotel. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the expensive breakfast and lack of counter space in the bathroom, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a great experience at Mgallery Hotel in Arles.

The hotel is simply a little aged and one should replace the carpets in the room.

There is a much better breakfast in other 5 star hotels. Unfortunately you have to book the sauna and the spa area.

I recently stayed at Hotel & Spa Jules Cesar for a week, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the old town and historic sites. The room was modern and spacious, with a lovely old armoire wardrobe. The staff, especially concierge Nickolai, were incredibly knowledgeable and provided great recommendations for local attractions. The valet parking option was convenient and reasonably priced. The pool was clean and had enough beds for relaxation. The served bar and quiet seating area under trees added to the overall charm of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel on Boulevard de Lices is very convenient. You can reach all attractions in a few minutes. The buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. Also, I recommend the restaurant.

The wifi is bad. Every time you have to log in again. This is not up-to-date and does not fit in with a 5 star hotel.

The room was reasonably large, had a Nespresso machine, and a nice bathroom. The location was excellent, very close to attractions.- The interior design was nice.- It was also very close to excellent restaurants, Camargue, and the center of Arles.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! It's right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all that this vibrant destination has to offer. Plus, being close to the Tourist Office means you have easy access to all the necessary information for your stay.

In terms of improvement, the walls of the room could be a bit thicker to provide more privacy and minimize noise transfer from neighboring guests.

The toilet flush was broken and could not be repaired. Access was difficult because the roads were closed.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, as they upgraded my room when I expressed my concern about the small window. I had a truly memorable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Central location within a few minutes walk of the amphitheatre. Interesting and clever decor throughout the hotel. Pleasant grounds with a heated good size swimming pool.

On the second night we were woken by screaming shouting, banging at 2 in the morning. This was outssife our door in the next room and went on for 5-10 minutes. At the point when we were about to phone reception, it was obvious someone else had stepped in and it fell silent. We then could not get back to sleep. I spoke with reception when we checked out the next morning but the people involved had checked out. She apologised but merely said it was large group of work colleagues. I pointed out that this was not the point and that I did not expect this sort of behaviour. She did apologise but did not offer any recompense and did not seem to think this sort of behaviour was a problem. Not impressed.

Super nice welcome and great baby bed with teddy bear as a gift. Great pool and fantastic old town location.
